The PDP aspirant, vowed not to succumb to some interested parties inciting the Petitioner to ruin his political career.
Edo 2016: Widow battles PDP aspirant over N40m property
Mrs. Gladys Iredia, in a petition entitled: "malicious damage and trespass", dated 3rd March 2016, to the State Criminal Investigation (SCID) and Assistant Inspector-General of Police, (AIG), Zone, 5, Benin, accused Iduoriyekemwen, of selling the property measuring 100 by 100 feet to an American based businessman, without obtaining necessary authorization.
According to the Petition which was made available to journalists in Benin, Mrs, Iredia, demanded the intervention of Police authorities before lawlessness prevail, alleging that the property was allegedly bequited to Mrs. Iredia by her late husband, Mrs. Felix Iredia, who was said to have transited in 1988.
Dismissing the allegations, the PDP Governorship aspirant, Matthew Iduoriyekemwen, denied any wrong doing regarding the property which he claimed rightly belonged to him.
He alleged that Mrs. Gladys Iredia, was acting the script of her paymaster who were already jittery of his victory ahead of the PDP primaries.
