Super Eagles Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr, has expressed concern over Ahmed Musa's lack of playing time at Leicester.
Rohr, who took over as coach of the Super Eagles in August feels same for Eagles captain, Mikel Obi.
He however, said, he will first speak to the players affected on the issue before talking to their managers if need be.
Musa has fallen out of favour at the King Power Stadium since the arrival of record signing Islam Slimani.
The wing attacker has missed out on selection in the Foxes' last two games, although he kept his place in the Nigeria squad in the recent international against Zambia, where he came in as a substitute in the last minutes of the game which the Eagles won 2-1.
"It's not the best situation a manager will hope for two of his senior players," Rohr said.
"But we understand that they play for teams that have high competition for places. We will however in the coming days have a chat with them on the way forward. "If need be, talks with their respective managers will also be a welcome idea. For now we will stay put and see if they get games before our next game."
